The exact dates could be moved due to weekends or public holidays, but the overall pattern will be:

- The money is immediately accessible in bank accounts, Postbank cards, and approved merchant tills.

In addition, there are several administrative improvements that are being implemented:
- Biometric verification will be more efficiently conducted. There will be less queuing and the process will be faster.
